A SAFE AND PROFESSIONAL LEARNING ENVIRONMENT
Safeguarding is central to the way Higher Level Tutoring works. Clear expectations are in place to help protect learners and maintain a safe, professional environment during every online session.
DBS & SAFEGUARDING TRAINING
The HLT tutor holds a current DBS check and completes safeguarding training annually to ensure knowledge and practice remain up to date.
CAMERAS ON
Learners are required to keep their camera on for the full duration of every online session. This expectation is communicated before tuition begins.
NO RECORDING
HLT sessions are not recorded. Learners, parents or other participants must not record, capture or distribute any part of a session.
CLEAR EXPECTATIONS
Safeguarding expectations are shared with families before tuition begins and form part of the HLT registration and policy process.
